Filing a property tax protest or exemption application with the appraisal district is free. The county does not charge you to file. My fee is for preparation, review, and follow-up, not for the filing itself. Fees vary by service. A simple exemption application is a flat fee. A value protest is quoted before any work starts. You will see the fee and agree to it before I file anything for you.

Approval of an exemption or a reduction in value is decided by the appraisal district. This service does not guarantee a reduction or a refund.
